Sherpa Sprint Terms and Policies
Sherpa Sprint Terms & Policies
Effective date: January 31, 2026
Program: Sherpa Sprint (the “Program”)
Provider: Rainier RevOps (“we,” “us,” “our”)
Participant: the purchaser (“you,” “your”)
1) What Sherpa Sprint is
Sherpa Sprint is a cohort-style implementation program designed to help teams get HubSpot CRM + Sales Hub Professional configured and adopted in a structured, weekly cadence.
Sherpa Sprint is not:
- 1:1 consulting
- a done-for-you implementation service
- an open-ended support plan
2) Enrollment model: one Implementation Lead per HubSpot account
Sherpa Sprint is designed for one participant per HubSpot account.
- Each purchase includes one seat for one HubSpot account.
- The participant must be the designated internal point person (“Implementation Lead”) responsible for driving onboarding and implementation for their team.
- Live participation, Q&A, and support are provided to the Implementation Lead only.
- If additional seats are offered in the future, they must be purchased separately (if available).
3) What’s included
Your purchase includes:
- Access to the Sherpa Sprint curriculum and implementation plan (delivered via Supered or an equivalent portal)
- Weekly live cohort calls during the Program (teaching + Q&A)
- Templates, checklists, and SOPs included within the Program materials
- A graduation/go-live checklist and recommended operating cadence
4) Program dates, seat limits, and enrollment
- Cohort start date: February 16, 2026
- Capacity: Sherpa Sprint is limited to 10 spots per cohort (i.e., up to 10 HubSpot accounts / Implementation Leads).
- Enrollment may close early if all spots are filled.
5) Participation requirements and Q&A gating
To keep the Program effective and protect cohort time, Q&A follows these rules:
To ask a question during live Q&A, you must:
- Be the designated Implementation Lead for your HubSpot account, and
- Complete at least 80% of the current week’s checklist, and
- Submit your question at least 24 hours before the call using the provided question template/queue, and
- Keep your question related to the current week’s module.
Participants who are behind may still attend calls, but may not be eligible to ask questions until the requirements are met.
6) Scope and support boundaries
Sherpa Sprint is designed for structured onboarding and adoption. It does not include:
- Portal-wide audits or “review my whole portal”
- Custom integrations, custom development, or complex custom objects
- Major data migrations or data cleanup projects
- Unlimited asynchronous support, DMs, or ad hoc calls
Optional add-ons may be available for out-of-scope needs (e.g., portal review, migration help, pipeline tuning). Add-ons are quoted separately and are not included in Sherpa Sprint.
7) Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Having an active HubSpot CRM + Sales Hub Professional subscription (or equivalent required access)
- Ensuring your Implementation Lead has the access/permissions needed to implement changes inside HubSpot
- Completing weekly tasks on schedule and driving internal adoption with your team
- Bringing questions on time and in the required format (question queue)
Your results depend on participation and implementation by your team.
8) Refund policy
Because Sherpa Sprint is a limited-seat cohort and your purchase reserves a spot:
- Full refunds are available until 11:59pm PT on February 9, 2026 (7 days before the cohort start date).
- No refunds will be issued after February 9, 2026.
- No partial refunds will be provided for missed calls or incomplete participation.
9) Cancellations, missed calls, and scheduling changes
- If you miss a live call, you are responsible for staying on track using the Program materials.
- If we need to reschedule a call, we will provide notice and share updated timing.
- We may adjust call dates/times when necessary to accommodate unforeseen circumstances.
10) Transfers
Transfers to a future cohort are not included.
At our sole discretion, we may make a rare exception to ensure a great customer experience, but we do not guarantee transfers.
11) Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Where required, sales tax may be collected based on your billing address.
